🔑 Key Role & Responsibilities
The District Coordination Executive will be central to SVA's efforts in strengthening Farmer Producer Companies across key districts. The primary focus of the role is the direct support and coordination of FPOs promoted by SVA under the NABARD scheme.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
FPO Handholding Support: Providing crucial on-the-ground support to FPOs in the Baleswar, Bhadrak, and Ganjam districts to ensure their operational success and sustainability.
Data and Documentation: Maintaining accurate MIS records and preparing necessary reports and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordination and Review: Planning and conducting regular review meetings with FPO management to assess progress, identify challenges, and strategize solutions.
Capacity Building: Organizing and conducting training sessions for the board members and CEOs of the FPOs to enhance their managerial and technical capabilities.1
Liaison: Building and maintaining strong working relationships through effective liaisoning with NABARD and local government officials to facilitate program implementation and resource mobilization.
