Your Mission as District Coordinator: Driving Local Impact
As a District Coordinator, you'll be pivotal in executing DEF's impactful projects within Telangana. This is a dynamic, hands-on position for a proactive individual who can effectively translate strategic objectives into tangible on-the-ground results.
Key responsibilities include:
Project Execution: Implement district-level action plans to achieve project milestones.
Partnership Building: Foster strong relationships with community members, government departments, and various collaborators.
Capacity Building: Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and essential local outreach initiatives.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, maintain meticulous documentation, and prepare detailed field reports, promptly escalating any concerns.
Communication & Compliance: Ensure seamless communication between field teams and the state office while adhering to DEF’s policies and legal regulations.
Quality Assurance: Actively participate in review meetings to ensure the high-quality execution of all tasks.
Who We're Looking For:
DEF seeks highly motivated individuals with a passion for development work and a commitment to fostering digital empowerment.
Here's what you'll need:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the development sector or field-level coordination roles is essential. Familiarity with grassroots-level implementation, particularly in rural or semi-urban settings, will be a significant advantage.
Mobility: Preference will be given to candidates who are open to unplanned travel and possess a two-wheeler along with a valid driving license.
Sector Relevance: Candidates with backgrounds in Administration, HR, Management, Accounting/Finance, Government/Governance, Reforms, or Corruption are encouraged to apply, as these skills align with various facets of DEF's work.
Number of Vacancies: 2 Salary: INR 30,000 - 35,000 per month.
