🎯 Career Opportunity: District Coordinator

Industree Foundation is actively seeking driven and experienced individuals for the crucial role of District Coordinator. This is a Full-Time position with an expected joining date of Immediately.

Key Locations

The roles are based in the Operational Districts across the following states (2 positions per state):

• Telangana

• Odisha

• Andhra Pradesh

• Jharkhand

• Chhattisgarh

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a District Coordinator, you will be the lynchpin for program success at the district level. Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnership Building: Fostering and maintaining robust partnerships with State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) stakeholders at both district and block levels.4

• Program Oversight: Coordinating and monitoring comprehensive program implementation, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, and regular activity tracking.5

• Team Support: Providing capacity-building support, mentorship, and on-ground guidance to block and field-level teams.6

• Documentation & Reporting: Ensuring accurate district-level documentation, including progress reports, success stories, and case studies for monitoring.

• Field Engagement: Conducting extensive regular field visits to ensure adherence to program standards and quickly addressing or escalating implementation challenges.7

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a preference for Social Work, Rural Development, or Development Studies.8

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working on field-based projects.

Essential Skills & Competencies

1. Proven experience in coordinating and monitoring field-level program implementation.

2. Strong understanding of rural development and livelihood promotion programs.9

3. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities to effectively guide field teams.10

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.11

5. Ability to travel extensively and work closely with community groups.
