We highly prefer candidates who are flexible and willing to oversee projects across two or more nearby districts, or those who are local to these areas and ready for extensive travel to field sites. This adaptability is crucial for maximizing our reach and ensuring robust program implementation.

To be considered for the District Lead role, applicants must meet the following key requirements:

• Educational Background: A postgraduate degree in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development, Economics, Anthropology, or any other Social Science discipline is essential.

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in community engagement or development is strongly preferred, showcasing a solid understanding of on-the-ground work and project execution.

• Core Skills: Candidates must demonstrate strong training and documentation skills, excellent interpersonal communication, a keen awareness of local district-specific issues, and proven expertise in community mobilization. These capabilities are vital for effective stakeholder collaboration and program delivery.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Odia and English is non-negotiable for seamless communication with local communities and organizational reporting.

• Age Limit: Applicants must be below 40 years of age as of the application deadline.

• Compensation: This position offers a competitive monthly remuneration of ₹25,000, in addition to applicable travel allowances.

• Residency: Only residents of Odisha are eligible to apply. Proficiency in Odia is a mandatory requirement for all positions.
