The Role: District Manager (Footwear Development)
As a District Manager in Agra, you won't just be managing from a desk. This role is designed for a "boots-on-the-ground" leader, with 80% of the time dedicated to field travel and direct stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Cluster Growth: Driving the progress of the Footwear Development Program within specific local clusters.
Team Building: Hiring and training cluster-based staff to ensure seamless program implementation at the ground level.
