End Poverty’s CRM project aims to provide farmers with viable alternatives, streamlining the transition to eco-friendly farming practices. The District Manager will be the linchpin of this operation, ensuring that strategic goals translate into measurable field success.
Key Responsibilities of the District Manager
The role is multifaceted, requiring a blend of administrative prowess and "boots-on-the-ground" leadership:
Strategic Field Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of the CRM project within the Ludhiana district.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a tiered team of managers and volunteers to conduct impactful outreach and awareness campaigns.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the Department of Agriculture, industry partners, and various NGOs.
Technical Onboarding: Manage the integration of machinery suppliers on the KYS platform to ensure farmers have the tools they need.
Monitoring & Reporting: Balance rigorous field monitoring with meticulous data reporting to ensure compliance and resource efficiency.
