Bhartiya Grameen Mahila Sangh (BGMS), a respected Indore-based Non-Government Organization with a three-decade legacy in adolescent development, is seeking four Divisional Consultants for Life Skills Education (LSE) Mentoring in Madhya Pradesh. A Pivotal Role in Adolescent Empowerment

BGMS, in collaboration with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), is a key implementer of essential Life Skills Education programs within government schools, KGBV Hostels, and Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) throughout Madhya Pradesh. These programs—Umang School Health & Wellness Program, Ujjwal, Sashakt, and Jeevan Tarang—are designed to equip young individuals with crucial life skills for a brighter future.

As a Divisional Consultant, you'll be instrumental in supporting these programs. Your main goal will be to provide hands-on mentoring and practical guidance to ensure top-notch delivery and prompt adjustments when needed. This role is ideal for experts in Monitoring, Evaluation, Policy, Research, Social, Gender, Education, Youth, and Child development sectors.

Your Contribution Across Madhya Pradesh

BGMS is looking for four committed consultants, one for each of the following divisions:

• Bhopal Division

• Gwalior & Chambal Division

• Jabalpur Division

• Rewa Division

This consultancy is a focused, high-impact assignment running from July to November 2025, requiring an estimated 80 to 90 days of engagement. In this role, you’ll be crucial in:

• Observing and analyzing the implementation of LSE sessions in schools, hostels, and ITIs.

• Establishing model schools, KGBVs, and ITIs to serve as benchmarks for effective LSE delivery.

• Engaging with district-level education officials to gather essential program insights.

• Overseeing and reporting on training programs related to LSE implementation.

• Offering practical support to trainers, including leading sessions as required.

• Ensuring timely submission of reports and assisting with data compilation.

• Documenting compelling success stories to highlight the program's effectiveness.

You'll operate as an integral part of the broader BGMS team, contributing to a mission that has been transforming adolescent lives for decades.

Candidate Profile

BGMS is seeking individuals with:

• A Post Graduate degree or higher, ideally in social work or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation and program documentation within the development sector.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Exceptional report writing and documentation skills in both English and Hindi.

• Experience in crafting case studies, impact stories, and program reports.

• Proven experience in mentoring and facilitating educational programs.

Compensation and Application Process

Selected consultants will receive an honorarium of Rupees 1200/- per day for mentoring visits (up to 18 days per month), along with Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance as per BGMS standards.
