1. Finance & Accounting Manager
We are looking for a seasoned leader to oversee our financial health and donor transparency.
Role: Managing budgets, donor proposals, and statutory audits while supervising a team of 3–4 accountants.
Experience: 10+ years (NGO experience is highly preferred).
Education: M.Com or MBA.
Technical Skills: Mastery of Tally and Advanced Excel.
Salary: ₹60,000/month (commensurate with experience).
2. Child Development Executive
This role is ideal for social work professionals who enjoy on-ground community engagement.
Role: Working with migrant communities to establish centers and manage initiatives in education and health.
Requirements: BSW or MSW with a background in community outreach.
Must-Haves: Fluency in Kannada and Hindi; possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month.
3. Junior Accountant
