About the Role
The coordinator will bridge SETU Abhiyan’s grassroots field impact and its strategic donor communication. The person will work directly under the guidance of the Director.
Key Responsibilities
Impact documentation. Write compelling case studies, field insights, and project activity documents that show the difference the organisation’s work makes on the ground.
Donor and annual reporting. Compile and draft narrative progress reports for funding agencies, and lead the structural creation of SETU Abhiyan’s Annual Report.
Proposal development. Write and refine comprehensive project proposals for prospective funding agencies.
Creative design. Conceptualise and design newsletters, brochures, pamphlets, and community training modules.
Digital media strategy. Manage and regularly update the SETU Abhiyan website, and lead its social media platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Cross-team coordination. Work with field staff to gather, consolidate, and verify data, so that everything the organisation publishes is accurate.

Who Would Thrive in This Role
The position combines writing, design, digital communication, and data handling. It will suit someone who can move between a field visit and a funder report, write clearly for different audiences, and manage several communication channels at once. Experience in the development sector, report writing, or proposal development would be a real advantage, and so would basic design and social media skills.
How to Apply
