The Role: Documentation Officer

This position is ideal for someone who can translate on-the-ground impact into compelling reports and documents. As the Documentation Officer, you will be responsible for documentation and report writing—a critical function that helps showcase the organization’s work and secure future support.

While the primary office location is in Lucknow, the role requires travel to field offices to gather firsthand information and insights.

Who They Are Looking For

Samvad Samajik Sansthan is seeking a skilled and committed individual who meets the following criteria:

  • Education: A degree in MPH, MSW, Women Studies, or Social Sciences is preferred.

  • Technical Skills: You should be well-versed in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with internet operations.

  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

  • Language: A strong command of both English and Hindi is required for this role.

  • Experience: Compensation will be based on your qualifications and prior experience.
