1. Manager – Learning & Development (Delhi)
Qualifications: Master’s degree in HR, L&D, Education, or Management.
Experience: 6–8 years in training, capacity building, and L&D program management.
2. Regional Manager – Placement (West Bengal, Bangalore, Delhi, Assam)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Management, Social Work, or a related field.
Experience: 6–8 years in placements, employer engagement, and team management.
3. Manager – Partnership & Linkages (Delhi)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Management or Business Development.
Experience: 6–8 years in NGO/CSR/Corporate partnerships or business development.
4. Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts (Delhi)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
Experience: 2–4 years with expertise in payroll, PF, ESIC, GST, and TDS.
5. Executive – HR (Delhi)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Experience: 2–3 years in HR operations, recruitment, and database management.
6. Executive – Graphic Designer cum Web Developer (Delhi)
Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Graphic/Web Design or Multimedia.
Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in design and web development.
