Driving Rural Prosperity: Samvedna Development Society Seeks Veterinary Experts for Livestock Programs in MP & Maharashtra
Samvedna Development Society, an innovative NGO committed to community development, is actively recruiting seasoned Veterinary Doctors to bolster their vital livestock development projects across Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. This presents a significant chance to uplift rural economies and fortify the agricultural sector, supported by a joint venture between the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, and Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of IndusInd Bank).
A Cornerstone Role in Rural Advancement
This initiative stems from a crucial Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Rural Development and Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (BFIL). Its core purpose is to synchronize livelihood interventions under the DAY-NRLM (Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihoods Mission). To facilitate this, a Project Management Unit (PMU) is being established at both national and state levels, dedicated to advancing livestock and agricultural development. Samvedna Development Society is proactively hiring specialists to support the State Rural Livelihood Missions (SRLM) in overseeing these critical livestock programs.

Experience: 5-8 years of practical experience in veterinary care, emphasizing livestock and small ruminants.
Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of animal health management across livestock, poultry, goatery, and dairy, including disease prevention, treatment protocols, and overall welfare.
Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project management capabilities. The ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and fluency in local languages will be a distinct advantage.

As a Veterinary Doctor with Samvedna Development Society, you'll play a pivotal role in enacting positive transformation within rural communities. Your main responsibilities will include:
