Key Role: Executive – Administration
As the Executive – Administration (Band/Level: EL-1), you will report to the Senior Manager - HR and be the lynchpin for efficient day-to-day administrative operations. Your core responsibility will be to ensure seamless support across the organization, allowing the team to focus on their impactful work.
🚀 Core Responsibilities Include:
Comprehensive Administrative Support: Providing high-level support to the management team, including meticulous calendar management, scheduling, and general office coordination.
Expert Travel Coordination: Handling all travel logistics—flights, trains, buses, cabs, and hotel bookings—with a focus on cost-effectiveness and timely arrangements for team members. Must be flexible for support via phone/email for travel needs.
Financial & Expense Management: Preparing accurate monthly administrative expense reports (travel, accommodation, operational costs) and managing petty cash transactions, ensuring precise record-keeping and reconciliation.
Vendor & Facility Oversight: Managing service providers and vendors for all office maintenance, housekeeping, utilities, and general facility-related services.
Inventory Control: Overseeing the inventory and procurement of all office supplies and equipment.
📋 Qualifications and Required Skills
To excel in this Full-Time, Immediate Joining role in Bengaluru, the ideal candidate will possess:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.
Experience: 3–4 years of solid experience in administrative operations, with a proven track record in travel/accommodation bookings and vendor coordination.
Tech Proficiency: Expert level proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Language Skills: Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is essential for local and national coordination.
Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
