The Role: Executive Assistant – Strategy & Operations
This role is uniquely designed for ambitious professionals who aspire to step into executive leadership roles early in their careers. Reporting directly to the Head, Strategy Cell, and working closely with the Executive Director and Executive Trustee, the incumbent will maintain strategic oversight of organization-wide priorities.

Core Mandates:
Translate leadership priorities into measurable outcomes.
Strengthen governance through structured documentation and institutional processes.
Enable data-driven decision-making through analytics and sector research.
Improve cross-departmental coordination for enterprise-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Transformation Optimization
Consolidate and analyze organization-wide Management Information Systems (MIS) to track performance.
Support enterprise-wide transformation projects, process improvements, and SOP upgrades.
Coordinate technology requirements on the programme side, including Salesforce CRM, MIS tools, and digital platforms.
2. Strategy & Governance Support
Assist in Annual Business Planning (ABP), quarterly reviews, and tracking departmental KPIs.
Prepare management-ready strategic summaries, briefing documents, and concept notes.
Manage documentation and compliance for critical governance meetings, including the Board of Trustees (BOT), Executive Committee Meetings (ECM), and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) reviews.
3. Research & ESG Innovation
Conduct sector benchmarking, policy analysis, and trend tracking across education, healthcare, philanthropy, and social investment.
Identify and conceptualize new partnership opportunities and innovative development models.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Postgraduation qualification in Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience (or a strong foundational understanding) in Strategy, Consulting, Operations, Governance, an Executive Office, or Development Sector organizations.
Preferred Technical Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Google Workspace
Salesforce CRM & Tableau (Preferred)
AI Productivity Tools (Preferred)
Core Competencies:

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong planning, critical thinking, and data reporting capabilities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
