Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in HR functions
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification
What You'll Be Doing
This is a broad, hands-on role that touches almost every part of the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment: Assisting in sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating the hiring process according to manpower requirements.
Onboarding: Managing joining formalities and supporting a smooth induction for new employees.
Records and HRMS: Maintaining accurate employee records, HR files and HRMS data.
HR operations: Supporting payroll processing, attendance management, leave administration and other HR-related activities.
Employee engagement: Coordinating engagement activities, celebrations, recognition programmes and other HR initiatives.
Training: Supporting training programmes through coordination, documentation and upkeep of training records.
Performance and development: Assisting with appraisal, feedback and employee development processes.
Reporting: Preparing HR reports, trackers, MIS and other documents accurately and on time.
Coordination and support: Working with different departments for effective HR operations and handling employee queries.
Other assignments: Taking on additional HR-related responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
What the Organisation Is Looking For
Beyond the qualification and experience, the ideal candidate will bring:
Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Solid documentation and record-keeping skills
Good coordination and presentation skills
Basic knowledge of statutory HR compliance
Understanding of manpower management and employee relations
Basic familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems
The ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across departments
