The Role: Executive - Institution Building

Manjari Foundation is seeking a qualified individual for the Executive - Institution Building role. This position is critical to the Foundation's mission of building resilient and self-sustainable women-led institutions.

Key Qualifications for Applicants:

• Education: A Postgraduate degree in MSW, Rural Development, or a related field.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in the social development sector, with at least 2 years in rural/underserved communities, specifically focusing on institution building and strengthening.

• Skills: Proven ability to work collaboratively in teams, along with strong communication and report-writing skills.

Location, Compensation, and Application Details

• Location of Posting: District Banda, UP (Uttar Pradesh).

• Remuneration: The salary offered is competitive, ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month.
