Job Role: Executive – Procurement
This is a mid-level procurement position suited for candidates who bring hands-on experience in sourcing, supplier management, and end-to-end procurement operations within a structured, process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Supplier Management The role involves identifying potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, and building strong, long-term vendor relationships. This includes preparing comparative statements (CS), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Purchase Orders (PO), and coordinating delivery scheduling.
Negotiation and Contract Management Candidates will be responsible for negotiating favorable commercial terms with suppliers, drafting and managing contracts, and ensuring ongoing compliance with agreed terms.
End-to-End Procurement Operations This includes managing the complete procurement cycle — from identifying organizational needs to the receipt of goods and services. Key tasks include processing payment requests, tracking procurement activities, and maintaining MIS (Management Information System) reports. Working knowledge of ERP systems is required for this role.
Cost Management The position requires analyzing market trends, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and effectively managing the procurement budget to ensure financial efficiency.
Risk Management A critical part of the role is identifying and mitigating potential risks in the procurement process, including supply chain disruptions and supplier performance issues.
Communication and Collaboration The Executive – Procurement will work closely with internal stakeholders across departments and management to align procurement strategies with broader organizational goals and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical course
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
Work Location: G.B. Nagar, Uttar Pradesh
