The All India Artisans and Craftworkers Welfare Association (AIACA) is looking for a dedicated Executive, Research & Content to join their team in Delhi. Master Storytelling: Drive Content for Impact
In this role, you'll be at the heart of AIACA's outreach, crafting compelling narratives that resonate. Your key responsibilities will include:
Producing Engaging Publications: Develop content for AIACA's monthly newsletters, annual reports, insightful blogs, and articles that spotlight the dynamic world of Indian crafts and the tangible results of AIACA's initiatives.
Enhancing Digital Presence: Create impactful content for both the AIACA and Craftmark websites, ensuring a strong online voice.
Supporting Strategic Growth: Assist the Executive Director in drafting crucial concept notes and proposals to secure vital funding and cultivate partnerships.
Crafting Detailed Reports: Generate comprehensive reports for technical assignments, including baseline/endline assessments, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), and Detailed Survey Reports (DSRs).
Champion Change: Lead Research & Advocacy Efforts
Beyond content creation, you'll be a driving force for positive change within the craft sector. Your contributions will include:
Spearheading Research Initiatives: Take the lead on research projects that explore critical challenges and opportunities facing artisans across India.
Fueling Advocacy Campaigns: Contribute to powerful advocacy efforts that elevate the importance of the craft sector and address the pressing issues artisans encounter.
Boosting Artisan Visibility: Help AIACA and individual artisans gain recognition by supporting applications for awards and other accolades, amplifying their stories and achievements.
We're Looking For: Skills & Experience to Thrive
AIACA is seeking a professional with 1-2 years of experience in the development sector, particularly those with a background in livelihood-focused projects and engagement with government bodies.
Educational Background: A postgraduate degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Rural Management, Social Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Public Relations, MBA, or a related field is preferred. However, candidates with diverse qualifications who possess strong, relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
