Locations: Churu & Rajsamand

Experience: 3–5 years

The Executive - Talent and Culture role is at the heart of our organization. We are seeking a professional who understands that people are the core of system change and who is dedicated to nurturing a caring, high-performing organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting FIA’s people systems with empathy and clarity. Your primary focus will include:

• Nurturing Culture: Strengthening a work environment rooted in trust, reflection, and collaboration.

• Team Support: Ensuring teams across districts feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to do their best work.

• Operational Excellence: Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and team learning spaces.

• Compliance: Helping maintain the organization’s compliance support to ensure a stable foundation for our growth.
