Key Responsibilities
As a Corporate Communication & Partnerships Executive, you will act as the vital link between the NGO and its external stakeholders. Your core duties will include:
Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining seamless, professional communication with corporate partners, CSR teams, donors, and key stakeholders.
Project Coordination: Facilitating and coordinating CSR initiatives, corporate plantation drives, employee volunteering programs, and high-level meetings or events.
Documentation & Content Creation: Crafting professional emails, detailed project proposals, engaging presentations, reports, and essential project documentation.
Donor Engagement: Supporting the development of strategic corporate partnerships and ongoing donor engagement activities.
Brand Representation: Representing GRGVS at various forums with professionalism, unwavering confidence, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
Education: A graduate degree in any discipline.
Communication: Fluency in English and Hindi is a must (additional knowledge of Gujarati is a strong advantage). Excellent spoken and written skills are crucial.
Personality: Smart, confident, proactive, and professionally presentable.
Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with MS Office tools (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
