United Way Bengaluru is looking for a skilled and creative graphic designer who can bring visual storytelling to life across a variety of formats — from campaign graphics to office branding.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will play a central role in shaping the organization's visual identity and communication materials. Core responsibilities include:

  • Creating high-quality visual creatives and assets, including standee/SS boards, banners, brochures, coffee table books, reports, newsletters, campaign graphics, and office branding materials.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design creatives and assets that align with project and organizational goals.

  • Visiting project sites to capture photos and videos, and to create short reels documenting on-ground work and impact.

  • Maintaining an organized repository of all graphics, designs, photos, and videos for easy access and reuse across teams.

Skills and Software Proficiency Required

Candidates should be comfortable working across multiple design tools, including:

  • Canva

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Figma

  • CorelDRAW

  • Illustrator

  • Any other relevant design software

Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously will be key to succeeding in this role.
