Mumbai, Thane – Pehlay Akshar Foundation is excited to announce a walk-in interview opportunity for the position of Facilitator. This is a full-time role based in Mumbai and Thane, offering a chance to contribute to impactful educational initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Facilitator, you will be instrumental in:
Facilitating engaging sessions with students and teachers in government schools.
Managing session logistics and operations efficiently.
Maintaining accurate documents and reports.
Developing and adapting program content to meet evolving needs.
Coordinating effectively with various stakeholders.
Driving successful execution through collaborative teamwork.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualification:
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
Possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrate mandatory proficiency in the English language (both written and verbal communication skills).
Have a working knowledge of Marathi and Hindi languages (an advantage).
Exhibit excellent technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Be willing to travel as required.
