Ignite Potential: Become a Blue Orb Facilitator in Delhi-NCR

Blue Orb Foundation is currently hiring full-time Facilitators, requiring 2-3 years of relevant prior full-time experience. This impactful role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from 4-5 lacs, commensurate with experience and skill set. The application deadline is fast approaching: August 15th, 2025.

Key Responsibilities: Shaping Young Minds and Curriculum

The Facilitator role is multifaceted, blending direct student engagement with innovative curriculum development.

Impactful Facilitation:

• Deliver engaging value education classes in both Hindi and English mediums to students from class

  3rd to 8th.

• Craft compelling lesson plans and worksheets for each lesson.

• Develop and proactively share monthly and quarterly action plans with the reporting manager.

• Provide regular, insightful reports, feedback, suggestions, and recommendations to management for effective program implementation.

• Cultivate strong interactions with students, offer feedback to the Coordinator, and foster a robust culture of collaboration, trust, and reciprocity among teachers.

• Coordinate with the academic coordinator to ensure better understanding and integration within the school environment.

Curriculum Innovation:

• Enhance and customize the existing curriculum.

• Design and develop tools to effectively track the progress of learning levels and evaluate outcomes.

• Create tools to monitor syllabus status on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.

• Generate comprehensive reports.

Who We're Looking For: Unleashing Your Potential

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, arts, social science, science, or an equivalent field. A minimum of two to three years of on-ground facilitating experience with children and young adults is essential. Candidates with experience in online facilitating , working within the social/development sector in education , or developing teaching materials/worksheets/notes will have a distinct advantage. A background in performing arts or an understanding of Social Emotional Learning and mental health are also highly valued.

We seek individuals who are self-motivated and possess a strong willingness to learn. Exceptional facilitation skills , effective planning, and time management abilities are crucial. Strong oral and written communication skills are a must. The capacity to work effectively both within a multi-cultural team and as an individual, coupled with strong coordination and analytical skills, is also vital.
