The Role of a Facilitator
As a Facilitator, you will be on the front lines of this inspiring work. Your responsibilities will include:
Facilitating Classes: You will lead value education classes for students in grades 3 through 8, teaching in both Hindi and English.
Curriculum Development: You will create engaging lesson plans and worksheets, and have the chance to enhance and customize the existing curriculum.
Tracking Progress: You will design tools to track student learning and evaluate outcomes, ensuring the program's effectiveness.
Collaboration and Reporting: You will provide regular reports and feedback to management, and collaborate with academic coordinators and teachers to foster a strong culture of support and trust.
Who Should Apply?
The BlueOrb Foundation is looking for a dedicated and experienced individual who is ready to make a difference. The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, arts, social science, or a related field.
2-3 years of on-the-ground facilitating experience with children and young adults.
Experience working in the social or development sector, particularly in education.
A background in developing teaching materials, worksheets, and notes.
An understanding of Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and mental health is a significant advantage, as is a background in performing arts.
If you have experience in online facilitation, that will also be a plus.
