To be a successful candidate for the Facilitator position, you should possess a blend of academic grounding, field experience, and a genuine passion for social causes.
Experience & Education
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in community work or social sectors.
Education: A Graduate or Postgraduate degree. Candidates holding a degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) or Sociology (BA/MA) will be highly preferred.
Essential Skills
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with diverse community groups.
Core Competencies: Proven negotiation and coordination abilities.
Technical Basics: Proficiency in MS Office alongside basic data handling, IT, and documentation skills.
