Key Responsibilities
The HR Executive will be the backbone of the organization’s internal operations. Key duties include:
Operations & Documentation: Managing daily HR tasks, maintaining employee records, and tracking attendance/leaves.
Talent Acquisition: Assisting in the recruitment process, from conducting interviews to staff onboarding.
Compliance & Reporting: Coordinating with finance and program teams for HR compliance and preparing essential reports.
Growth & Development: Facilitating staff performance appraisals and identifying capacity-building needs through training plans.
Workplace Culture: Ensuring a safe, gender-sensitive environment and handling grievance redressal effectively.

Educational Background:

Experience:
