🔑 Key Role: Rights Project Coordinator (Female Only)
Mukti is looking for a female coordinator to lead a critical one-year, full-time project. This field-based role is central to implementing community initiatives focused on women's empowerment, with a salary of up to ₹18,000 per month. The selected candidate will report directly to the Program Lead.

What You'll Be Doing: Core Responsibilities
The Rights Project Coordinator will be the driving force behind the project's success, balancing grassroots engagement with strategic oversight:
1. Community Mobilization & Outreach
You will be responsible for planning and executing community outreach programs with a core team of 27 members. This involves building strong relationships with local leaders and women's groups, and facilitating essential community dialogues and awareness campaigns to address GBV.
2. Strategic Team Leadership & Capacity Building
A key element is team management. You'll guide and support field officers, community mobilizers, and women's action groups. This includes conducting regular team meetings, providing handholding support, and organizing monthly capacity-building training to foster a collaborative and skilled work environment.
3. Critical GBV Case Management
Your expertise in survivor-centered support will be vital. You will oversee caseworkers, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality and proper referral pathways. Responsibilities include coordinating with legal, health, and psychosocial service providers for comprehensive support, daily case follow-up, and meticulous case documentation.
4. Field Monitoring and Reporting Excellence
Success depends on rigorous monitoring. You will conduct regular field visits to rural areas, identify on-the-ground challenges, and develop actionable solutions. Crucially, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate weekly and monthly reports to both the organization and the funding agency, documenting best practices and success stories.
5. Donor and Stakeholder Relationship Management
Maintaining consistent, professional communication with the funding agency and other relevant entities is essential, including weekly and monthly report sharing through virtual or in-person meetings.
