Manas Foundation is now looking for a Field Accountant in Jaipur, Rajasthan to help make that happen.
About the Role
The Field Accountant is responsible for keeping accurate field-level financial records. The role ensures that expenses are tracked and documented, that spending complies with donor requirements, and that funds flow smoothly to field activities. In short, the person in this role helps the field team work without financial friction while keeping the organization audit-ready.
What You Will Do
Maintain field-level books of accounts: This includes cash and bank records and expense ledgers.
Process vouchers, advances, settlements and reimbursements: You will handle these for both field activities and staff.
Track budget utilization: You will monitor spending against budget lines and flag variances early.
Ensure documentation and donor compliance: All field expenditure must have proper supporting documents.
Prepare field financial reports: You will coordinate with the Head Office Accountant to support consolidation and audit.
Who Should Apply
