Position Title: Field Executive
Location: Ahilyanagar
Organization: Skill4Change (A CYDA Livelihood Initiative)
Key Responsibilities
As a Field Executive, you will operate at the grassroots level, acting as a crucial bridge between community talent and career opportunities. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Candidate Mobilization: Actively identifying, mobilizing, and enrolling eligible candidates into the program.
Relationship Building: Cultivating strong community and institutional relationships to foster trust and collaboration.
Training Coordination: Supporting training schedules, tracking attendance, and ensuring smooth program execution.
Job Linkages: Assisting candidates with interview preparation and establishing connections with potential employers.
Post-Placement Support: Following up with placed candidates to ensure retention and gather feedback.
Data Management: Maintaining accurate field data and submitting timely reports.
Internal Liaisoning: Acting as a reliable link between the field activities, the local training center, and the head office.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Skill4Change is looking for empathetic, organized, and driven professionals who meet the following criteria:
Education: A Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), Master of Social Work (MSW), or a degree in a related field. Candidates with a Master's degree are preferred.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience working in community development, youth centric programs, or training initiatives.
