About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As a Field Executive, selected candidates will be expected to:
Conduct door-to-door awareness drives on waste segregation and household cleanliness
Engage directly with communities, households, schools, and local stakeholders to build support for sanitation initiatives
Support and help organize awareness campaigns and village-level clean-up drives
Carry out daily field activities and report any challenges encountered in the field
Maintain field records, capture photographs, and document activities accurately for reporting purposes
This role requires someone comfortable working on-ground in rural and semi-urban settings, interacting closely with diverse community groups on a daily basis.
Eligibility and Requirements
PLAN Foundation is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Any bachelor's degree, with 6 months to 1 year of relevant field experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
Willingness to travel and work within villages and public settings
Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Ahmedabad
