As a Finance Executive with Samvedna Development Society, your work will extend beyond mere numbers; you'll be instrumental in safeguarding the financial integrity and transparency of initiatives that uplift communities and cultivate impactful partnerships.

Your Vital Role: Key Responsibilities

The Finance Executive holds a pivotal position within the organization's financial operations. Your expertise will be crucial in:

Accounting & Record Keeping

  • Maintaining precise and current financial documentation.

  • Efficiently processing all invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.

  • Contributing to the preparation of critical financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.

Regulatory Adherence & Auditing Support

  • Ensuring rigorous compliance with statutory regulations, tax obligations, and internal policies.

  • Facilitating the audit process by furnishing all necessary paperwork and clarifications.

Financial Planning & Expenditure Analysis

  • Assisting in budget formulation, expenditure monitoring, and variance analysis.

  • Tracking and reporting on project-specific spending and fund utilization, ensuring responsible resource management.

Departmental Coordination & Assistance

  • Effectively engaging with internal departments and external parties such as auditors, banks, and vendors regarding financial matters.

  • Providing essential administrative assistance to the finance division as needed.
