Empowering Social Change: Synergie Seeks Finance Executive in Noida

Are you a seasoned finance professional with a passion for purpose-driven work? Synergie, a leading Section-8 social enterprise, is looking for a Finance Executive to join its dynamic team in Noida. This is a unique opportunity to apply your financial expertise to deliver large-scale Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs across India.

About the Role

As a Finance Executive at Synergie, you'll be instrumental in strengthening the company's financial and compliance functions. This is a hands-on role requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience, with a focus on accounting, statutory compliance, and project finance management. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring transparent and accountable financial stewardship, a cornerstone of Synergie's mission.

You will report directly to the Finance Manager or CFO and play a key role in strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate is an immediate joiner, preferably based in or near Noida, and ready to work from the ATS Bouquet office in Sector 132. The compensation for this role is up to Rs. 12 Lakhs per annum.

Key Responsibilities and Impact

This role is for a proactive individual who can independently manage critical financial operations. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Accounting & Financial Management: Take charge of day-to-day accounting operations using Tally/ERP. You'll ensure accurate project-wise fund utilization, manage multiple bank reconciliations, and meticulously track expenses.

  • Compliance & Statutory Filings: Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, including GST, TDS, CSR-1/CSR-2, and Section-8 requirements. You will prepare and review statutory returns and filings, maintaining a state of audit readiness at all times.

  • Project Finance & Donor Engagement: Monitor project budgets, perform variance analysis, and prepare accurate donor financial reports. You'll work closely with program teams to ensure financial inputs are integrated into project monitoring and evaluation systems.

  • Audits & Process Improvement: Lead preparations for all internal, statutory, and donor audits. A key part of your role will be to strengthen internal controls, improve financial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and suggest process enhancements for greater efficiency.

  • Team Collaboration: Mentor junior finance staff and act as a crucial link between auditors, donors, and program teams to ensure seamless financial coordination.

Who We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in Commerce or Finance.

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally within an NGO, trust, foundation, or Section-8 company.

  • A strong command of Indian accounting standards, CSR compliance, GST, and TDS.

  • Hands-on expertise with Tally ERP and MS Excel, including proficiency in pivot tables and MIS dashboards.

  • A proven track record of handling donor reporting and audits.

  • An analytical mindset, high integrity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

If you are a detail-oriented finance professional ready to make a tangible impact on social good, this could be the perfect next step for your career.
