You will be tasked with shaping the organization's financial future. This includes developing and overseeing financial strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, you will be the key coordinator for external audits, regulatory agency reviews, and securing fund utilisation certifications from donors.

• Experience: Proven, extensive experience in financial management, accounting, and compliance roles is required, with a preference for experience within the not-for-profit sector or a similar environment.

• Expert Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance standards particularly relevant to NGOs and grant-funded organizations.

• Skills: Exceptional analytical skills are necessary to interpret complex financial data, generate actionable insights, and formulate strategic recommendations. Past experience leading and managing IT software implementation is a preferred asset.
