Essential Skills for the FPO Accountant Position
Qualified candidates for the FPO Accountant role must possess a robust set of skills. A firm understanding of Tally, corporate accounting, inventory management—including sales and purchases—and proficiency in debtor and creditor reconciliation are essential. Furthermore, expertise in preparing a Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) is required. Candidates should also demonstrate significant proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxes such as TDS, GST, PT, PF, and ESIC.
Combatting financial complexities and ensuring compliance with financial regulations are critical components of this position, highlighting the need for candidates to be meticulous and solution-oriented.
