The Role: Facilitating Growth and Curiosity

As a Facilitator, you won’t just be a teacher; you will be a guide and a community bridge. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  3. Community Engagement: Building strong relationships with parents and local community members.

Eligibility Criteria

Swapnisthan is looking for empathetic individuals who are eager to make a difference. To be eligible, you should have:

  • Education: A Graduate degree in any discipline.

  • Language: Fluency in Hindi is required. Knowledge of the local language, Mewari, is highly preferred to better connect with the community.

  • Experience: Previous experience working with children is considered a significant plus.
