Key Responsibilities: What You Will Do
As a Trainer, you will be the driving force on the ground, directly shaping the career trajectories of young learners. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Dynamic Facilitation: Delivering high-energy, engaging training sessions focused on core employability skills, communication, and essential life skills.
Experiential Learning: Leading both classroom-based lectures and interactive, hands-on learning activities to ensure deep understanding.
Progress Tracking: Monitoring learner growth, evaluating performance, and maintaining precise training records.
Placement Readiness: Coaching candidates to face interviews, build confidence, and successfully transition into the workforce.
Stakeholder Coordination: Aligning with internal project teams and local stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
District Mobility: Traveling across assigned districts as required to facilitate training modules.
