The Role: Driving Growth through Strategic Partnerships
The Fundraising Associate is a pivotal position designed to strengthen KEF’s engagement with Foundations and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). Working under the guidance of the Fundraising Manager and leadership, the Associate will focus on building a robust donor pipeline and ensuring that every donor interaction is meaningful and professional.

Key Responsibilities
As a Fundraising Associate, your day-to-day contributions will span several critical areas:
Donor Pipeline Management: Research and identify prospective foundation and HNI donors that align with KEF's vision, ensuring a steady stream of opportunities.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with program teams to gather data on impact and budgets to create compelling proposals, pitch decks, and donor presentations.
Stewardship & Engagement: Help organize donor meetings and field visits, and keep supporters informed through regular newsletters and impact updates.
Operations & Reporting: Ensure all grants and MoUs are meticulously documented and that donor reports are submitted accurately and on time.
Narrative Building: Work alongside communications teams to refine KEF’s fundraising stories and participate in organization-wide initiatives.

Education & Experience: A Graduate or Master's degree in any discipline with 1-3 years of experience in fundraising, development, sales, or business development.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, persuasive content.
Technical Proficiency: Comfort using MS Office and basic data management tools.
Social Sector Insight: While prior exposure to the social sector or experience with CSR teams is preferred, it is not mandatory for a candidate who is eager to learn.
