Sitting at the heart of the Grants Management team, the Grants Operations Coordinator will be the connective point, ensuring that leadership priorities are executed with accuracy and timeliness. This role is designed for a proactive individual who excels at project management, documentation, and the ownership of business-critical deliverables.
Key Responsibilities for the Role:
Deliverables & Task Ownership: You will coordinate recurring, business-critical reports, manage timelines, and ensure their accuracy. This includes overseeing the internal request process and expertly utilizing tools like Asana for accurate task tracking and progress monitoring on high-priority operational processes.
Process & Documentation Management: A core focus will be maintaining and improving process guides, ensuring documentation is clear, user-friendly, and consistent. You will establish a robust documentation control process, including inventory and scheduled review dates, to keep all team materials up-to-date.
Platform & Information Ownership: You will be the steward of team information hubs, including SharePoint, making certain that resources are organized, accessible, and accurate for staff and stakeholders. Additionally, you will facilitate the onboarding of new hires, orienting them to essential tools and workflows.
Cross-Team Support: Partner with leadership to streamline workflows, improve cross-team communication, and take ownership of ad hoc projects to implement improvements as the organization evolves.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience in a role spanning operations, project management, and documentation. You must demonstrate:
Strong Project Management Skills: Proven ability to independently manage multiple workflows, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.
Process Improvement Expertise: A track record of streamlining processes and standardizing practices to support cross-functional collaboration.
