About the Opportunity: Design for Impact
The Graphic Designer will be instrumental in shaping the visual voice of the SwitchON Foundation, an organization dedicated to climate-resilient agriculture, clean energy, green livelihoods, and industry decarbonization. Your designs won't just look good—they'll communicate vital program impact, research insights, and organizational achievements to a diverse audience, playing a key role in their outreach initiatives.
This full-time position requires a minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in graphic design and layout creation for both print and digital media.
Key Responsibilities: More Than Just Visuals
The role demands a strong design sense and the ability to translate complex information into clear, visually engaging formats. Key responsibilities include:
Design and Layout Creation: Conceptualizing and designing high-quality presentations (PPTs), reports, handbooks, brochures, and communication collaterals that align with the Foundation's brand.
Knowledge Product Development: Creating visually appealing infographics and layouts for research and project reports, making complex data accessible and easy to understand.
Promotional Material Design: Developing impactful visual assets like banners, standees, stickers, and digital graphics for program visibility and public engagement.
Visual Storytelling: Utilizing innovative design techniques to communicate the Foundation’s program impact and achievements effectively.
Quality Control & Collaboration: Ensuring all design outputs are accurate, visually coherent, and delivered on tight deadlines while collaborating closely with program and communications teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this vital role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
