• Miyawaki Forest Development: Implementing the famous Japanese method to create dense, native forests in record time.

• Biodiversity Restoration: Bringing back local flora and fauna to degraded landscapes.

• Rainwater Recharge: Integrating water sustainability with forest growth to ensure long-term ecosystem health.

• Tree Plantation & Site Execution: Taking projects from the planning stage to real-world growth.

What the Role Entails

As a Junior Associate, your workday will be dynamic and field-oriented. You won’t just be observing; you’ll be coordinating labor teams, leading volunteer plantation drives, and conducting vital field visits across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and Vadodara.

Who is the Ideal Candidate?

GRGVS is looking for energetic individuals who are comfortable getting their hands dirty.

• Background: Freshers or those with 0–2 years of experience in Horticulture, Forestry, Environment, or Agriculture are highly encouraged to apply.

• Skills: You must be able to drive a two-wheeler for site visits and be fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

• Location: While the office is in Ahmedabad, work areas span the wider region. Ahmedabad-based candidates are preferred.

• Compensation: A competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹24,000.
