Payroll & Benefits Support: Managing the essential administrative backbone of the employee experience.
Leadership: Mentoring and leading a small team of HR and Admin professionals.
What Diya Ghar is Looking For

Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
Experience: At least 5+ years of core HR experience, preferably with some leadership exposure.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. You should be able to navigate complex human dynamics with empathy and professionalism.
Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Indian labor laws and modern HR best practices.
