The Role: HR & Admin Officer/Manager
This pivotal role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a multifaceted professional responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, administrative systems, and statutory compliance. You'll be the backbone of the organization's internal processes, ensuring a supportive and legally compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Management: You'll be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing the recruitment and onboarding process, overseeing payroll and leave records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and the POSH Act. Your expertise will be vital in supporting staff welfare, training, and overall employee engagement.
Administrative Oversight: This role also involves supervising daily office administration, logistics, and procurement. You'll maintain all organizational records and filing systems, manage vendor contracts, and support external and internal audits to ensure donor compliance.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5–7 years of relevant HR/Admin experience, preferably within the NGO or INGO sector. A strong understanding of HR laws, labor regulations, and NGO compliance frameworks is essential. Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and digital record-keeping is a must. We're seeking someone with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills who can thrive in a dynamic and mission-oriented environment.
Compensation and How to Apply
SEVA offers a competitive salary package in the range of ₹2.0–3.0 lakh per annum, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
