Your Role and Responsibilities

Onboarding and Exit Processes: Guiding new hires through a seamless onboarding experience and managing the exit procedures for departing employees.
Visual Content Collection: A distinctive aspect of this role involves collaborating with field teams to collect and compile impactful photos and videos, showcasing the real-world difference Back To Village is making. This requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary Sheet Preparation: Ensuring timely and precise preparation of salary sheets, demonstrating strong accuracy and knowledge of payroll processes.
