The Foundation is looking for someone to keep its HR and payroll processes running smoothly and to support a people-centred organisation. The role is full-time and based in Nagasandra, Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities
The HR Executive will take ownership of the following areas:
Payroll processing and compliance: running accurate, timely payroll and making sure it follows applicable requirements.
HR documentation and record management: maintaining organised, up-to-date employee and HR records.
Statutory compliance: handling obligations such as PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.
Employee data management: keeping employee information accurate and secure.
Coordination: working with internal teams and external vendors to keep operations on track.
HR operations and problem-solving: handling day-to-day HR matters with strong attention to detail.
Who Should Apply
The ideal candidate has 2 to 4 years of experience in HR, payroll, and compliance. The qualifications accepted are BBA, MBA, MSW, or M.Com. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability are essential, since payroll and statutory work leave little room for error.
