The Satyarthi Movement for Global Compassion is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resource Officer to join their team in New Delhi, India. This full-time role is central to the organization's operational success, reporting directly to the Manager of Human Resources.

Core Responsibilities: From Recruitment to Operations

The Human Resource Officer holds a multifaceted role, primarily focused on supporting recruitment, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless documentation. Key areas of focus include:

  • End-to-End Recruitment Support: You will manage communications with applicants and hiring managers to provide status updates on searches. Additionally, you will maintain organized records of candidate information—including resumes, references, and backup documentation—for audit and office records.

  • Training and Development Coordination: The role involves arranging the logistics for training workshops, creating attendance records, and drafting initial training reports.

  • Operational Excellence: Daily tasks include managing the onboarding process for new hires, issuing ID cards, and maintaining induction kits. You will also handle essential data maintenance for PF, insurance, and bank account openings.

  • Stakeholder Management: A key part of the job is responding to associate requests promptly while maintaining positive relationships with seniors, peers, vendors, and candidates.

Measuring Success: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

To ensure high standards of excellence, the HR Officer’s performance will be evaluated based on:

  • Timeliness: Closing recruitment positions within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).

  • Accuracy: Producing error-free offer letters and official documentation.

  • Quality: Delivering high-quality training data reports and maintaining effective records.
