About This Exciting Role
As an IEC Expert at KPMG India, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the communication gap between government visions and effective public engagement. This position falls within the Government & Public Sector (GPS) service line, specifically under the IIDA sub-service line, which focuses on driving greenfield and brownfield infrastructure, industrial expansion, and MSME development. Your Contribution: Crafting Communication Strategies for India's Growth
We're looking for a professional with a strong foundation in media strategy, brand management, content creation, and social media engagement. Significant experience working on projects for central or state government bodies or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) is essential. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing comprehensive media and outreach strategies to ensure clear and effective dissemination of key messages.
Designing and managing impactful awareness campaigns.
Overseeing branding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all communication platforms.
Creating engaging content for diverse media channels, including websites and social media.
Managing and updating the organization's website and social media presence.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment in communication efforts.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of communication campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Candidate Profile: What We're Looking For
KPMG India is seeking a professional who meets the following criteria:
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, or an MBA/PGDM from a premier institution.
Experience: At least 6 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years specifically in media, outreach, or IEC-related activities.
Government Sector Acumen: Demonstrated experience working with central/state government projects or PSUs is a key requirement.
Core Competencies: A robust understanding of media strategy, branding, and content development, combined with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in website and social media management.
