The Opportunity: Implementation Officer & Assistant Project Manager

Core Responsibilities:

Who We're Looking For

Sahyog Care For You is seeking an accomplished professional with:

  • A Master’s degree in Project Management, Social Sciences, or Social Work (MSW).

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a significant portion preferably within the social development sector.

  • A demonstrated history of successfully completing projects within specified budget and timeframe constraints.

  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal capabilities.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, along with strong presentation abilities.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AI-based solutions, etc.).

  • The capacity to work effectively both autonomously and as an integral part of a team.

  • A profound dedication to social impact and an unwavering resolve to create positive change.

Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in a directly relevant discipline, experience in areas such as vocational training, education, public health, or poverty alleviation, professional certifications in project management, and familiarity with grant application and fundraising processes.
