Key Responsibilities: Driving Pan-India Placements
The successful Placement Officer will be the architect of the employment program, requiring a strategic, hands-on, and highly mobile approach. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Market Research & Partnership Building: Conducting pan-India market research to pinpoint key hiring companies and building strong, lasting relationships with industry partners to secure placement opportunities.
Program Execution: Planning and executing successful placement drives, employer interactions, and essential preparatory sessions (mock interviews, resume-building workshops).
Beneficiary Support: Providing one-on-one career counseling and tailored interview preparation to beneficiaries, customizing resumes to meet current job market demands.
Coordination & Documentation: Ensuring smooth program delivery by coordinating with training teams and partners, while maintaining accurate and updated records of placement data and beneficiary progress.
Extensive Travel: Undertaking frequent, extensive travel across various Indian states to meet with veterans/beneficiaries, attend job fairs, and conduct on-site company visits.
Are You the Right Fit? Minimum Requirements
Sahyog Care For You is looking for a dedicated professional who is ready to hit the ground running.
Education: Graduate in any field (a background in Social Work or HR is a preference).
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in a placement, implementation, or coordination role.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and effective documentation management is essential.
Mobility: Must have a willingness to travel locally and PAN India as required for the role.
