Key Responsibilities: What You Will Do
As the Manager of CSR Partnerships & Projects, you will play a pivotal role in expanding RCPSDC’s footprint across India. Your primary duties will include:
Revenue Generation & Growth: Leading strategic CSR business development efforts to meet organizational revenue targets.
Strategic Alliances: Building, maintaining, and scaling high-value partnerships with major corporates, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), and philanthropic foundations.
Proposal & Bid Management: Designing comprehensive CSR proposals, drafting detailed concept notes, structuring project budgets, and creating impactful executive presentations.
End-to-End Project Execution: Overseeing the complete lifecycle of CSR projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring seamless execution, fund utilization, and timely progress reporting.
Compliance & Governance: Maintaining robust documentation and ensuring full adherence to Indian CSR regulations and corporate compliance standards.
Networking: Cultivating a strong, pan-India network of industry stakeholders, corporate leaders, and execution partners.
