Key Roles & Responsibilities: Shaping the Future of Education

The selected Manager will spearhead the end-to-end management of vital educational portfolios. The core duties involve strategic oversight, community building, and cross-sector collaboration:

  • Programme Management: Lead and manage multi-stakeholder, multi-location Education & ECD programmes.

  • Strategic Execution: Plan, execute, monitor, and report on all project activities to maximize ground-level impact and ensure optimal quality.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a core liaison, coordinating effectively with schools, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), local communities, and government partners for seamless program implementation.

  • Financial & Compliance Oversight: Track project budgets, project timelines, key deliverables, and strictly adhere to donor and organizational compliance standards.

  • Field Engagement: Conduct field visits, assessments, interactive trainings, and structured capacity-building sessions.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare comprehensive data dashboards, progress reports, documentation, and compelling impact stories.

Qualifications & Experience: What OneStage is Looking For

To be successful in this role, candidates must combine sector-specific knowledge with robust project management capabilities.

Educational Background

  • A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Child Development, or a closely related social science field.

Work Experience & Core Competencies

  • 6 to 10 years of proven experience in programme implementation and management, specifically within the Education and/or Early Childhood Development (ECD) sectors.

  • A profound understanding of modern education systems, ECD frameworks, and development sector dynamics.

  • Prior experience working alongside NGOs, CSR initiatives, foundations, or international development organizations is highly preferred.

  • Exceptional skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, transparent communication, and technical reporting.

  • High proficiency in MS Office and modern programme reporting tools.
